With the changing work culture as well as the increasing trend of co-working spaces, this project brings forth a flexible environment that enhances productivity and collaboration. This project is designed to draw in the wind flow around the site, allowing comfortable levels of natural ventilation at common spaces. The atrium together with terraced floors, allows sunlight to brighten the internal areas, minimising the reliance on artificial lighting and reducing carbon footprint. These natural elements work hand in hand to create a stimulating work environment that allows imagination and creativity to flow freely. Terraced floors also allow views into other workspaces, increasing motivation and the ability to collaborate with others. The presence of natural elements in the working environment act as a buffer against the negative impact of job stress and allows higher concentration.
