To tackle the issue of the aging population as well as the lack of green spaces
around the site, this 24 storey residential building creates a space for people of different ages to live and interact with each other. Designed with green spaces and amenities, this project promotes a community centric and sustainable living environment.

Green spaces such as sky terraces on the roof of every block allows residents to connect with nature while interacting with their neighbours. Residents are able to plant their own greens at the communal gardens, hold parties at the roof bbq deck, and hold parties at the function rooms.
